It's best to plan and book trips 6 - 11 months in advance keeping in mind that flight prices are subject to change. Flight and hotel prices can sometimes increase as they fill up. If you are booking more than 11 months in advance, we can reserve the hotel room. Flights can not be booked more than 331 days before the dates. 

This is a best benefit of booking your group trip with Destination Diva!!  Invite EVERYONE!  At the end of the day, those that REALLY want to be there will generally make a way, especially if you make it affordable and most of the Destination Diva booked trips allow for paymnet plans.

We take away the stress of you having to deal with all of the back of forth. There will be a customized group link created for your trip. You can share with anyone and everyone via email or text.

Absolutely! We advise you to confirm  excursions and other events into your group trip once you have your total numbers. You also have the choice to look at the options we offer here. 

Yes, for groups that will have 15+ rooms, reserving a room block is a great idea! Group hosts can receive perks of cash back and free flights. Group guests will receive discounted rates and our team will keep the group organized from the very beginning to the end!

No! Passports are required at the time of travel. As long as you provide Destination Diva with your full name as listed on your passport, you can arrange travel in advance. Instructions to apply for passports can be found here. Please allow 8-12 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility".  Also be advised that your passport can not expire 6 months prior to your international travel. date.
